This ball will be the first and last of its kind! We are looking to help all students attend college. These students are platinum students whether they have a 4.0 or 2.0 grade point average. The events leading up to the grand ball will help award each participant a scholarship for the 2009-2010 academic year. Still in the planning stages, this event will prove to be beneficial to all involved, including the sponsors and the community. We pray all who want to take part in this event, wil,l and share it with their friends. The criteria, thus far, to be a Platinum Student for this event is to be a member of a church, express the financial need to attend college and grade point average less than 4.0.
